These two cultivars are essentially the same except for the color. Aeonium ‘Starburst’ (the darker one) is a partial reversion of Aeonium ‘Sunburst’ (the lighter one) which is most likely a variegated cultivar of A. davidbramwellii

Lighter coloring. Green variegation in the middle of the leaves.
